Business Design accepts four engagements per quarter. Selection is not first-come — it is based on fit between the company's current level, the challenge it is trying to solve, and what the methodology can deliver inside the scope.
Every Business Design engagement follows the same architectural sequence — because order matters. Skipping a stage creates the debt the methodology exists to prevent.
Typical engagement length: three to six months for a full Diagnostic-to-Transfer arc. Standalone Diagnostic engagements are available for companies that want a written read before committing to build.
Engagements scoped for multi-million-dollar operators. Companies with annual revenue under $1M will be directed toward the methodology content and may reapply when the business has reached a scale that warrants architectural investment.
