Five years at Caribbean Restaurants LLC (Puerto Rico franchisee of Burger King and Firehouse Subs) operating as the de facto creative director across three franchise brands — including work for Popeyes (Latin American Chicken LLC) — despite formal employment scoped to a single entity.

The misalignment between contractual scope and operational scope — one employer, three multi-million-dollar brands — became the foundational problem that Business Design methodology was built to solve. The firm exists because this pattern should not have to happen four more times.
