Stage Diagnostic

Find out which stage you're in.

A written read on where your company sits on The Arc — the stage you're in, the stage you're trying to reach, and the six-phase plan that moves you there. It's the first step of every engagement, and it stands on its own.

The Engine

Six phases. One stage-jump.

Every engagement follows the same six-phase sequence. Phase order is not optional — skipping a phase creates the debt the methodology exists to prevent.

Typical engagement: three to six months for a full Diagnose-to-Automate arc. The Stage Diagnostic stands on its own — a written read before any commitment to build.

Most engagements are with operators running multi-vertical or multi-million-dollar companies — but the Diagnostic is open to any operator serious about the next stage. A small number of new engagements open each quarter.
