Business Design accepts four engagements per quarter. Each engagement moves a company from its current stage on The Arc to the next — executed through the same six-phase method. Selection is not first-come.

Typical engagement: three to six months for a full Diagnose-to-Automate arc. Standalone Stage Diagnostic engagements are available for companies that want a written read before committing to build.

Scoped for multi-million-dollar operators. Companies with annual revenue under $1M will be directed to methodology content and may reapply at scale.
